About this course

The Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Waterproof Membrane Roofing Systems (Construction) – Single Ply Membrane Roofing qualification has been developed for achievement in a real workplace environment which means you need to be employed to undertake this qualification.

This qualification enables you, the learner, to demonstrate and recognise your skills, knowledge and understanding and to demonstrate your competence in a real workplace environment so you can work in as a Single Ply Membrane Roofer within the construction industry.

To achieve this qualification a minimum of 58 credits need to be attained. This comprises the 6 mandatory units. 

There are also additional units that can be taken as part of this qualification. Credit from these units will be included on the certificate but will not count towards this qualification.
